As a Health Solutions Graduate, you will gain hands‑on experience supporting our clients in designing, implementing, and managing health & benefits and wellbeing strategies that protect and empower their people. Supported by experienced mentors, you will contribute to delivering innovative solutions that make a real difference to organizations and their employees.

  • Assist in employee health and benefits program, such as medical, dental, wellness and mental health programs and initiatives.
  • Support client service teams with management of client accounts, preparation of reports, and renewal documents and processes.
  • Analyze claims data and trends to help clients optimize program performance and improve employee health outcomes.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and proposals for clients and stakeholders.
  • Support account management activities and play an active role in delivering excellent client service.
  • Collaborate and maintain effective and productive working relationships with Aon teams and colleagues.
  • Keep abreast of current market developments, regulatory changes and emerging best practices in health and employee benefits.
  • Effectively participate in on‑the‑job and other learning and development activities provided throughout the development programme.
