Role Overview

We are seeking an Analyst/Junior Associate to join our Investor Relations (IR) team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Investor Relations to support client engagement, marketing communications, and fundraising activities. This role offers excellent exposure to the asset management industry and cross-border collaboration within a dynamic regional team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head of Investor Relations in preparing investor presentations, marketing materials, and fund reports.
  • Support client servicing activities, including responding to investor inquiries and coordinating meetings or events.
  • Maintain and update investor databases, CRM systems, and internal records.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support fundraising and client engagement strategies.
  • Help prepare materials for due diligence, RFPs, and investor updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (investment, operations, compliance) to ensure timely delivery of investor-related information.
  • Support ad hoc projects related to business development and communications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and above in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant working experience in asset management, banking, or financial services preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong interest in finance and investment are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
