• Review and investigate alerts from AFC surveillance systems.
• Perform detailed analysis by extracting data from internal and external sources.
• Liaise with business units to gather supporting information for investigations.
• Prepare clear and comprehensive investigation reports.
• Escalate unusual or suspicious activities as per policies.
