Job summary

A prominent travel retail company located in Singapore is seeking a Product Support Assistant to manage stock and ensure inventory accuracy at Changi Airport. Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, replenishing displays, and supporting various ad-hoc tasks. Ideal candidates are organized, self-motivated, and able to handle heavy loads. Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old and above as per Tobacco Act.
• Comfortable with handling movements of heavy loads (10kg to 25kg).
• Able to work retail and shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming deliveries and manage inventory.
• Conduct stock checks and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Replenish store displays and maintain visual merchandising.
• Inspect items for defects and manage returns or replacements.
• Deliver duty-free items to departure gates.
• Keep storeroom and work areas compliant with safety regulations.
• Support various ad-hoc duties as assigned.
