Reservation & Ticketing Executive

As a Reservation & Ticketing / Customer Service Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service delivery and smooth daily operations at the office sales counter. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to manage reservations, ticketing, and service‑related matters effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure reliable customer service delivery and efficient operations at the office sales counter
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with customers to support effective sales and service operations
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational standards in accordance with corporate policies and government regulations
  • Handle critical customer issues through liaison with supervisors, management, and internal departments
  • Prepare reports and assist with incident documentation and basic statistical analysis when required
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Undergraduate or Degree holder (any discipline)
  • At least 2 years of customer service or sales counter experience or equivalent training/experience
  • Enjoy working with the public and providing quality service
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills
  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work well in a team
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to quickly learn company systems
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced and high‑pressure environment
  • Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Good written and spoken English and Mandarin
