We are seeking motivated and passionate individuals to join the team as Trainee Technicians for the March 2026 intake.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot aircraft engine issues

  • Perform engine disassembly for inspection and scheduled maintenance

  • Conduct testing, repair, and maintenance of aircraft engine components

  • Ensure compliance with aviation safety and quality standards

Work Schedule
  • Shift Work: 4 days work / 2 days off

  • Morning Shift: 6:30am – 4:15pm

  • Afternoon Shift: 4:00pm – 1:45am

  • 8-hour shifts (morning & afternoon only)

  • Overtime may be required based on operational needs

Requirements
  • Minimum NITEC in any Engineering discipline

  • Willing to work shifts

  • Strong interest in aviation and hands-on technical work

  • Good learning attitude and attention to detail
