Job description
1) Technician/Senior Technician
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Aircon services (Installation, servicing & repair of air-conditioning)
  • Identify and troubleshoot aircon problems
  • Competent in copper/copper or copper / brass brazing (i.e. able to replace compressor, filter dryer and other refrigeration parts requiring solder connections)
  • Reporting aircon faulty issues and proposing what needs to be fixed to direct Supervisor
  • Installation of all types of air conditioning (VRV experience an added advantage)
  • Install, replace, or repair of aircon spare part that has been damaged
  • Meticulous and delicate when handling PCBs and other electronic components
  • Carry out air conditioning services.
  • Work with other technicians as a team, report to svc coordinator and supervisor
Qualifications
  • Nitec in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical and/or Vocational Certification from Recognised Institution or Equivalent Years in the ACMV Trade.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years related work experience
  • Those who have driving license will be advantage.
2) Service & Admin Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.
  • Prepare and generate various administrative documents, including reports, quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and related paperwork.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups between internal departments and clients.
  • Maintain a well‑organized, accurate, and up‑to‑date filing and documentation system.
  • Source, liaise, and negotiate with suppliers for the procurement and replenishment of office or project materials.
  • Provide professional reception support, including handling incoming calls, visitors, and general enquiries.
  • Compile, consolidate, and submit daily operational reports and updates.
  • Respond promptly to email and fax enquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Assist with contract management activities, including document preparation, deadline tracking, and proper document control.
  • Perform additional administrative or operational tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and scheduling management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
  • High attention to detail with strong accuracy in documentation and data handling.
  • Friendly, approachable, and committed to providing high‑quality service.
  • Experience in preparing quotations, procurement processes, and contract management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ACMV scopes of work and equipment is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in the ACMV (Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) industry will be an advantage.
3) ACMV Engineer
Key Responsibilities
  • Project Execution & Supervision
  • Oversee the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of ACMV systems across various sites.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks on installation works.
  • Technical Expertise in Systems
  • Design, review, and troubleshoot electrical panels associated with ACMV equipment (AHUs, FCUs, pumps, EC fans, VSDs).
  • Handle the configuration and maintenance of DX systems and VRV/VRF systems, including refrigerant piping, controls, and indoor/outdoor units.
  • Manage chilled water systems – including pumps, valves, and secondary distribution – for energy efficiency and operational reliability.
  • Assist in the design, commissioning, and maintenance of fire essential fan control systems and their electrical panels.
  • Operations & Maintenance
  • Lead and perform diagnostic checks, fault‑finding, and rectification of ACMV equipment.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are adhered to and documented.
  • Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements or retrofits for energy savings.
  • Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure works comply with relevant codes, standards (SS, BCA, Green Mark, etc.), and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, shop drawings, and as‑built documentation.
  • Generate reports for management and clients, including equipment performance, energy usage, and maintenance records.
Key Requirements
  • Education: Diploma/Degree/Higher Nitec in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant field experience in ACMV installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of electrical panel wiring, schematics, and control logic for ACMV systems.
  • Proven experience in DX (Direct Expansion) and VRV/VRF systems operation and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with chilled water systems, including pumps, valves, balancing, and energy optimization.
  • Familiarity with fire essential fan controls and associated electrical panels is a strong plus.
  • Working knowledge of BMS integration, VSDs, and EC fans preferred.
