Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming shipments based on alerts from stations or customers.
• Organise air import shipments for smooth clearance and delivery.
• Update customers regarding any shipment delays.
• Handle shipment surveys and process cargo claims if necessary.
• Liaise with overseas agents for timely shipment arrivals.
• Declare relevant customs permits.
• Comply with standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Respond promptly to emails from customers, suppliers, and carriers.
• Prepare cash sale invoices and update billing.
