Job Responsibilities:
  • Support the end‑to‑end B2C product lifecycle, from consumer research and requirement definition to launch and post‑launch optimization.
  • Conduct user and market research (interviews, surveys, data analysis) to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (design, engineering, marketing, data) to deliver user‑centric consumer products.
  • Assist with product planning and execution, including writing basic requirements, supporting feature development, and participating in agile ceremonies.
  • Analyze user feedback and product metrics to inform product improvements and iterations.
  • Support product launches, onboarding, and user education to drive adoption and engagement.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 – 5 years’ B2C experience in developing AI products / social media apps
  • Experience in stage 0 of product lifecycle onwards
  • Passion to create and bring AI products to life from thorough consumer research and engagement
