Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior GenAI / LLM Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate production‐grade agentic and GenAI systems. This is a hands‑on role focused on shipping scalable, secure AI services—not prototypes—integrated with enterprise platforms and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic and RAG-based GenAI applications exposed via robust APIs
• Develop multi‑agent systems with planning, tool use, orchestration, and guardrails
• Build and optimize retrieval pipelines, embeddings, and hybrid search systems
• Implement LLM evaluation, testing, monitoring, and cost controls
• Deploy containerized services on Kubernetes with CI/CD and observability
• Ensure security, compliance, PII handling, and governance across AI systems
• Integrate GenAI services with SAP, CRM, ITSM, and event‑driven workflows (Kafka)
• Collaborate with product, platform, and data teams; mentor engineers on AI‑as‑software practices

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience (production systems)
• Strong coding skills in Python / TypeScript / Go / Java
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks, and prompt engineering
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform, and cloud platforms
• Solid understanding of data pipelines, SQL, vector databases, and testing practices
• Working knowledge of security, IAM, secrets management, and policy enforcement

Preferred Experience

• Agent orchestration (LangGraph, Semantic Kernel), Ray, or distributed systems
• Hybrid search, re‑ranking, and retrieval optimization
• Observability using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, ELK/OpenSearch
• Enterprise or regulated environments (telco, finance, healthcare)
• SAP / CRM / ITSM integrations and low‑code automation platforms
