Responsibilities include resolving testing issues, maintaining Jenkins pipelines, and adopting NextGen AI testing solutions. This position is aimed at improving the efficiency of the testing team and ensuring high-quality outcomes in application support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Test Automation Framework and support department application automation.
• Resolve all testing related issues raised by different application team.
• Develop and maintain Zephyr Import utility for bulk test cases upload/update.
• Develop and maintain Jenkins pipeline for test execution.
• Evaluate and adopt NextGen Test solution to ease testing team journey.
• Work on adoption drive for NextGen Testing solution inside department.
• Support Performance Testing and Functional Testing related queries.
• Ensure all support tickets meet SLA.
