Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end delivery of data annotation projects for model training & evaluation: requirement scoping, task breakdown, scheduling, capacity & cost control, and risk management.

• Design and implement annotation guidelines & QC processes (multi-tier review, sampling, arbitration, gold sets/control experiments).
• Manage annotators and external vendors, building a scalable capacity pool and performance mechanisms.
• Partner with Research/Compliance to ensure data security and traceability.
• Build data profiling & task difficulty quantification and drive efficiency via automation checks and tooling scripts.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data operations, AI data management, or annotation project management.
• Strong understanding of AI data pipelines, labeling tools (e.g., Labelbox, Scale AI, Prodigy, CVAT), and quality evaluation metrics.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in large-scale NLP or vision data annotation (e.g., LLM fine-tuning, image segmentation, speech labeling).
• Familiarity with scripting or data analysis (Python, SQL).
