Qualifications

• Sales experience in insurance/investment sales preferred.
• CMFAS M5, M9, M9A and HI certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor agency sales through appropriate sales analyses and reports.
• Be project ICs for agency initiatives.
• Create a culture of commitment and achievement.
• Support recruitment efforts within the cluster.
• Develop sales incentives at department and cluster levels.
• Handle issues for Agency Leaders and Financial Consultants.
• Manage and drive process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
