A leading global professional services company in Singapore seeks an Agency Lead to drive growth and collaborate with Agency Industry Managers. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in digital media planning, fluency in Mandarin, and strong analytical skills. Responsibilities include ownership of sales plans and communication with key partners in the Greater China Region. We are looking for an online performance marketing expert, with significant experience in the Agency/Reseller ecosystem for online social media advertising planning/buying. The successful candidate for the Agency Lead (AL) role will also have experience driving business results, operational rigour and execution as well as working successfully with multiple internal and external stakeholders, notably with media agency partners within the Greater China Region.
Success in this position requires you to develop and maintain an effective working relationship with the Accenture Program Function Lead (FL) as well as the Client Service Lead (CSL) based regionally in different locations. It also requires building and maintaining a successful collaboration with our client’s Lead Industry Managers to co‑design and implement successful sales strategies and tactics.
