Job summary

A leading aerospace company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage inventory and shipping documentation for engine components. The successful applicant will support parts stocking and coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order closure. Ideal candidates will have knowledge in inventory management, be proficient in basic IT skills, and possess effective communication abilities. O’ Level or NITEC qualifications are required, and experience in shipping is preferred. Relocation assistance is not provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in Shipping or Equivalent.
• Able to read and understand manufacturing operation sheets in English.
• Able to read and understand manufacturing operation sheets.

Responsibilities

• Support stocking of component engine parts from New Make and Consignment materials.
• Liaise and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely closure of customer orders.
• Perform cycle-count and Annual Physical Inventory.
• Support Inbound Receiving for Repair parts.
• Ensure paperwork for parts is complete.
