  • Develop and lead advertising sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets across digital and other media platforms.

  • Identify new business opportunities and drive lead generation efforts to expand the client base.

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts by building long-term relationships and delivering tailored advertising solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, creative, operations) to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform business strategy and offerings.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members, fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 6–7 years of proven experience in advertising/media sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead capacity.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team.

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.

  • Solid understanding of media platforms (print, digital, social) and how to craft integrated advertising solutions.

  • Highly driven, strategic, and results-oriented with strong business acumen.

  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and managing multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, and digital campaign performance metrics is preferred.
