Qualifications

Job Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new advertising sales opportunities through effective prospecting and lead generation.
  • Sell advertising solutions (digital, or other media) tailored to clients’ business needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Develop, present, and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide strategic insights to clients.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Job Requirements
  • For Executive level: 2 years of experience in advertising/media sales or related fields.
  • For Senior Executive level: 3–5 years of proven experience in advertising or media sales, with a strong sales track record and client portfolio.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a flair for building client relationships.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • A team player with strong business acumen and a proactive mindset.
  • Goal-driven and comfortable working in a target-based environment.
  • Experience with digital marketing and advertising on social media platforms is a plus.
  • Proven track record in advertising/media sales is preferred for senior-level consideration.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience but a strong interest in media sales are also welcome to apply.
