About the Client

Contract duration – 12 months [renewable]

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance HR‑ABAP programs, reports, and enhancements (BADIs, User Exits, BAPIs) for core HR modules (PA, OM, Time, Payroll).
• Perform RICEFW development for SAP HR customizations and enhancements.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot OData services for Fiori/UI5 applications.
• Design and implement inbound/outbound interfaces via SFTP for HR data exchange.
• Develop and maintain Adobe Forms (HR Forms/Smartforms) for HR processes such as payslips and contracts.
• Design, enhance, and support SAP workflows and approval scenarios.
• Debug and optimize ABAP programs and workflows for performance.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure compliance with SAP development best practices and security standards.

Requirements

• Strong programming experience in HR‑ABAP (Infotypes, HR logical databases, cluster tables).
• Proven experience in RICEFW development.
• Hands‑on experience with OData services development and troubleshooting.
• Experience building interfaces using SFTP for HR data exchange.
• Proficiency in Adobe Forms (HR Forms/Smartforms) development.
• Experience in SAP workflows and approval scenarios.
• Knowledge of Fiori/UI5 and backend integration.
• Excellent debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Good understanding of HR business processes (PA, OM, Time, Payroll) and authorizations.
