Overview

Duties are to help process documents and manage accounts. In this role, you may perform various tasks related to billing and purchasing, support vendor relations, reconcile accounting statements, answer telephones, file paperwork, and scan documents.

Responsibilities
  • Issue daily invoices and quotations.
  • Issue daily purchase orders and manage company stock when necessary.
  • Issue payment vouchers.
  • Perform receivable and payable monthly closing.
  • Perform all administrative and clerical duties.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors.
  • Track stock of office and warehouse supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • File vouchers and any other general filing.
