Looking ahead, the company will continue to deliver quality home appliances and service to Singapore and overseas with its partners. TNG Alliance is the authorized service centre for Whirlpool, Ariston, KitchenAid, Sharp and Fujioh home appliances in Singapore. We offer onsite and walk-in repairs as well as delivery service for businesses and consumers. In our goal to provide state-of-the-art products at affordable price, TNG Alliance has launched its own line of home appliances under “TNG” certified with Singapore Safety Mark. The first product launch in 2020 is the Chest Freezer Matte Black Series followed by the Bar fridge. More TNG product launches will follow in the next few years.

Job Summary

You will handle customer interactions through calls, emails, walk-ins, and social media to ensure satisfaction and promote products. You will schedule technicians, coordinate with brand personnel, complete data entry for jobs, and support team operations in a friendly, balanced work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, messages, and social media chats to resolve customer inquiries and promote additional products or services
  • Assist walk-in customers by providing accurate information and support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
  • Schedule and coordinate technician appointments to ensure timely service delivery
  • Liaise with key personnel from partner brands to facilitate smooth communication and service operations
  • Enter completed job details accurately into the data management system to maintain up-to-date records
  • Support team members with ad-hoc assignments to contribute to overall operational efficiency
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Chinese to assist customers who prefer this language
  • Basic knowledge of home appliances to provide informed assistance to customers
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Google Sheets for data management and communication
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and schedules efficiently
  • Verbal and written telecommunication skills to handle customer interactions professionally
  • Leadership skills to manage relationships with customers and support team collaboration
  • Willingness to work 5.5 days per week with alternate Saturdays off, subject to staff confirmation
