What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Managing Key Documentation: Handle essential administrative tasks and ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized.
  • General Administrative Tasks: Take on a variety of other administrative duties as assigned, keeping your workday engaging and diverse.
  • Handling Purchasing Tasks: Source suppliers, obtain quotations, process purchase orders, and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
  • Maintaining Purchasing Records & Inventory: Keep accurate records of purchasing activities, monitor inventory levels, and support operational needs by ensuring stock is maintained and replenished as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Educational Qualifications: A minimum of GCE 'N' Level or higher.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to help you stay efficient and organized.
  • Experience: Previous experience in purchasing is a plus, but not required.
