Job summary

A reputable education service provider in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Executive to provide quality service on course enrolment and administration. The ideal candidate will have a minimum diploma in a related field and 1-3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include assisting in operational matters, compiling attendance, and supporting student funding. Job Summary

  • Salary range $2500 - $3000
  • Working Hours: 1pm – 10pm (Monday – Friday) | 9am-1pm (Saturday)
  • Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
  • Completion bonus (AWS) + Performance Bonus
  • 14 days Annual Leave

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide quality customer service on course enrolment and course administration.
  • Assist the Campus Manager in operational matters.
  • Handle basic office tasks such as filing, answering emails and phone calls, and general customer service.
  • Compile and monitor class attendance.
  • Support funding applications and claims; collect course fee payments.
  • Monitor and track student withdrawals and deferments.
  • Support course activities such as class orientation, graduation, course previews, and open houses.
  • Process cancellation of Student’s Pass via SOLAR+ system.
  • Prepare documents for salary support disbursements.
  • Prepare documents for audits.
  • Conduct student surveys and consolidate evaluation reports.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders, related departments, and external organizations.
  • Assist in ad‑hoc administrative tasks assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in related field(s) is an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related job field is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience in administration or customer service.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work shift hours as assigned.
