We are seeking a highly organised and professional Administration Officer to join our Singapore office. This position will work directly with our CEO and senior management team, providing essential administrative support for an organisation operating across multiple Asia-Pacific markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Chief Executive and ANGEA team members as required
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Account management, including invoices, payments, expense claims, and membership invoices.
  • Organise and book meeting venues, including boardrooms, conference facilities, and virtual meeting platforms
  • Support the organisation and coordination of meetings with senior industry executives and government representatives
  • Manage confidential communications
  • Focal point for company IT provider and office management
  • Manage diary coordination across multiple time zones and organisations
  • Manage member database and stakeholder relationship management system (CRM).
Essential Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in executive administrative support
  • Basic accounting experience
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor your approach to different cultures and seniority of stakeholders.
  • Strong experience in coordinating complex international travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Demonstrated capability in managing sensitive and confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comfortable operating remotely from senior management for extended periods
