Job summary

A food manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a sales and marketing role. This position involves promoting products, maintaining customer relationships, managing sales targets, and supporting accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer inquiries, creating documents for sales processes, and ensuring efficient inventory management. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales and marketing of company products to all customers.
  • Assist to promote company's new products to customers.
  • Maintain and improve sales and profit targets.
  • Establish and maintain good rapport with customers.
  • Prepare quotations, orders and invoices and coordinate with other departments.
  • Handle requests, feedback, and queries from customers.
  • Responsible for cash and cheque collections from drivers.
  • Maintain and update accounting records & files.
  • Provide support to Supervisor in operational process and sales reports.
  • Perform filing and other administrative duties.
  • Handle other ad-hoc assignments.
Job description

  • Prepare quotations, orders and invoices and to coordinate with other departments on these processes.
  • Handle requests, feedbacks and queries from customers, follow up on customers' enquiries, quotations and orders.
  • Responsible for cash and cheque collections from company’s drivers.
  • Responsible for payment collections from customers.
  • Maintain and update accounting records & files. Provide support to accounting department by handling daily general accounting tasks and chasing payment. In charge of accounts receivable, preparing SOA and rebates.
  • Provide up-to-date records of inventory in the system through accurate tracking and timely updating of the inventory, including imports, exports and internal transfer of goods, work-in-progress and finished goods.
  • Provide support to Supervisor in her daily operational process, monthly sales reports and keep price data in order.
  • Perform filing and other administrative duties.
  • Handle other ad-hoc assignments.
