Job description

Role Overview

As an Administrative Executive, you will work with multiple functions in Aural-Aid to keep processes running smoothly. You will observe the different key functions to understand the business overview, and provide support mainly related to administration, accounts, hiring and marketing.

  • Manage internal office communication, including receiving phone calls, taking messages, and overseeing email correspondences to ensure timely responses
  • Assist with bookkeeping and financial procedures, including preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and assisting with budget management
  • Schedule job postings weekly
  • Screen job applicants, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the hiring process in collaboration with the team
  • Lead the creation and execution of marketing materials and collaterals, including digital content, brochures, and promotional campaigns, to support business development efforts
