Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing the daily operations of the office and providing executive assistance to senior leadership. This role ensures that the office environment is well-maintained, supports employee productivity, and that executives receive high-level administrative support.


Job Responsibilities

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT



  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to teams and departments.

  • Assist in organizing leadership meetings, and off-site activities, including executive board meetings and leadership retreats.


PAYMENT PROCESSING



  • Assist in preparing and submitting payment requests and good receipts.

  • Liaise with Finance and vendors to ensure timely processing of invoices.

  • Track and reconcile administrative expenses and maintain records.


COMPANY WIDE EVENT COORDINATION



  • Plan and organize internal events such as town halls, celebrations and team-building activities.

  • Coordinate logistics including venue booking, catering and materials.

  • Support communication and engagement efforts related to events.


OFFICE READINESS FOR NEW HIRES



  • Prepare workstations, equipment, and welcome kits for new employees.

  • Coordinate with IT and Facilities to ensure timely setup.

  • Support onboarding logistics including orientation schedules and access provisioning.
