About the role

Join the dynamic team at Chia S Arul LLC as a full-time Administrative Assistant based in Chinatown, Central Region. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing
  1. Manage a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings and interviews with clients
  2. Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems to ensure information is accurate and accessible
  3. Assist with the preparation of Court documents and other documentation as needed
  4. Act as the first point of contact for incoming inquiries, handling them professionally and efficiently
  5. Provide general office support
  6. Contribute to the overall efficiency and organisation of the office

  1. Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  2. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
