Job summary

A leading automotive leasing company in Singapore seeks an experienced administrative professional to handle daily duties, including documentation and customer inquiries. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office. This role requires organization and attention to detail, with the ability to start immediately. Working hours are Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays included.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to start immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative duties, documentation, filing, and data entry.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate appointments and vehicle handovers.

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle daily administrative duties, documentation, filing, and data entry
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
  • Coordinate appointments, vehicle handovers, and workshop schedules
  • Assist with insurance renewals, road tax, and rental agreements
  • Maintain proper records and ensure timely follow-up on payments
  • Support the operations and management team when required
Requirements
  • Minimum 1–2 years of administrative experience (automotive industry is a bonus)
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Responsible, organized, and strong attention to detail
  • Able to start immediately or short notice preferred
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm (alternate Saturday off)
