Qualifications

- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Meticulous and able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Handle a portfolio of corporate secretarial matters for Singapore-incorporated companies.
- Assist with client HR matters, such as applying for work passes and setting up CorpPass accounts.
- Coordinate and oversee administrative activities for overseas branch offices.
- General administrative work including filing and typing.
Job Description:
- Handle a portfolio of corporate secretarial matters for Singapore-incorporated companies.
- Assist with client HR matters, such as applying for work passes, setting up CorpPass accounts, etc..
- Coordinate and oversee administrative activities for overseas branch offices, including arranging document signings, liaising with clients, and monitoring the progress of assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
- General administrative work including filing (both digital and physical), typing and any other admin work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business.
- Good communication, people skills and able to work in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good command of spoken and written English and mandarin to liaise with clients and respective associates.
- Meticulous and able to work independently to meet deadlines
