  • Track job completion and update internal records.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.

We are looking for an organised and detail-orientedAdmin Executive to manage daily bookings and administrative tasks for the transport team. This role ensures accurate scheduling, smooth communication with clients, and proper documentation of cargo assignments.

The company is a growing logistics and transport services provider supporting freight forwarders and cargo companies across Singapore. Our team ensures safe, timely, and reliable cargo movement across air freight, warehouse, and last-mile operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle daily transport bookings from freight forwarders and logistics clients.
  • Assign jobs to drivers and update schedules in the system.
  • Coordinate with operations to confirm delivery timings, cargo requirements, and special instructions.
  • Prepare job orders, delivery notes, and documentation for air freight or warehouse entry.
  • Track job completion and update internal records promptly.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and invoice preparation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer enquiries and status updates.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in logistics or transport coordination.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced operations environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of logistics systems is a plus.
