Job Description
  • Receive deliveries from suppliers, verify shipments against invoices and purchase orders, checking for damages, discrepancies, or missing items.
  • Accurately capture stock movement data (receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments) into the inventory or management systems.
  • Maintain an organised and secure filing system for all delivery notes, invoices, and related documentation.
  • Assist with physical stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes, helping to investigate and report anomalies or inconsistencies in stock data.
  • Liaise procurement teams, vendors, and internal departments to resolve stock‑related queries and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Ensure all procedures are followed and comply with company rules and policies.
  • Any other ad‑hoc duties assigned by the Food Court Manager.
