Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to manage site office operations and facilitate project staff matters. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in business administration and at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and attention to detail are essential. This role offers a dynamic fast-paced environment where your skills will be put to the test.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in the Construction industry.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidate that can start work immediately is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Keep track and compile monthly administration reports.
  • Purchase and source office stationeries and equipment.
  • Schedule appointments and arrange transportation.

Responsibilities
  • Keep track and compile monthly administration reports
  • Purchase and sourcing office stationeries, general materials and equipment
  • Provide general information and memoranda
  • Schedule appointments and arrange transport
  • Ensure maintenance of proper record and filing system in department
  • To work with the various stakeholders of the project and the various departments in headquarters
  • Handle the site office administration, such as but not limited to maintenance of site office equipment and facilities for the continuous and uninterrupted operations while maintaining the office to be a conducive working environment, etc
  • Manage and facilitate Project Staff and Workers related matters, such as staff and workers’ attendance, accommodation/dormitory related issues, training, leave applications, workers’ payroll, etc.
  • Other ad hoc administrative support
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in business administration or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Construction industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and records keeping
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attentive to details
  • Good written and oral communication skills and a team player
  • Must be able to work in the east (Loyang, Changi)
  • Candidate that are able to start work immediate would be an added advantage
