Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing a full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, orientation, leave & training administration, employee benefits, and other HR operations.
  2. Updating HR database, preparing monthly reports, and authorities survey forms for submission.
  3. Providing support in all administrative functions.
  4. Organising company activities and participating in CSR events.
  5. Assisting in HR initiatives, programs, and projects.
  6. Supporting the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  7. Covering receptionist duties as required.
  8. Performing any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
