Job summary

A local arts studio in Singapore seeks a part-time administrative assistant to support operations and manage communications with parents. The ideal candidate should have good customer service skills, a pleasant attitude, and be detail-oriented. This role requires a minimum commitment of 6 months, including weekends, and offers flexible workdays.

Job description

You will work closely with the Managing Director, Deputy Heads to ensure the smooth running of the studios.

Assist in the overall management and operations, including administration and front desk duties.

Attend to general inquiries, assist parents in enquiries regarding enrolment.

Providing any other administrative supports.

Updating and planning of programmes, activities and events.

  • Oversee general administration.
  • Support employee engagement and welfare.
  • Assist in video, photography, creating contents.
  • Manage the Director's schedule including meetings, conferences, and events. Able to attend events on behalf when needed.
