Role Overview

The Admin Executive is responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to ensure accurate financial records and efficient day-to-day operations. The role covers accounts payable and receivable, follow-up on outstanding client payments, issuance of business vouchers, reconciliations, and general finance and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Payment Follow-up
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding client payments
  • Chase payments from clients and other pending invoices
  • Maintain clear records of all receivables and payment statuses
Administrative & Record-Keeping
  • Maintain organized financial and administrative records
  • Update bank details and payment statuses in internal systems
  • Handle correspondence with clients, suppliers, and internal teams regarding payments
  • Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or Advanced Diploma (preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year in administration, business support, or client-facing roles
  • Experience in payment follow-ups, receivables, or basic finance admin is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an advantage
