Job Summary

As an Administrative Executive at Healthworkz, you will drive operational efficiency by managing order consolidation, inventory control, and regulatory compliance. You will support sales and accounts teams with accurate documentation and reporting, contributing to seamless supply chain and customer fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and update price quotations and product catalogues to support sales and marketing initiatives
  • Consolidate customer orders and sales forecasts to generate accurate purchase orders and track shipment status for timely delivery
  • Verify ingredient sticker labels to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Complete product listing forms and maintain customer stock cards to monitor order fulfillment status
  • Manage stock inventory by creating product codes and updating stock movement records in the inventory system to maintain accurate stock levels
  • Organize and maintain accounting records and official documents to support financial and operational audits
  • Provide administrative support to Sales and Accounts teams to facilitate smooth business operations
  • Execute ad hoc duties assigned by Management to support business needs and continuous improvement
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification with 2 to 3 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Working knowledge of inventory and accounting software such as AutoCount to enhance operational accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to analyze data and generate reports effectively
  • Strong command of English to communicate clearly and maintain accurate documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with attention to detail and resourcefulness
