Job summary

A leading design and engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an administrative support professional. The role involves issuing invoices, checking attendance, calculating payroll, and managing worker-related tasks. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience and be able to speak Chinese. This position offers a 5.5-day work week with alternate Saturdays off, providing a balance between work and personal life.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years working experience required.
  • Chinese speaking preferred.
  • 5.5 day work week with alternate Saturday off.

Responsibilities

  • Issue invoice to client and perform data entry using MYOB Software.
  • Check worker attendance and update Infotech.
  • Calculate and manage workers' payroll monthly.
  • Arrange dormitory and medical checkups for workers.
  • Register courses for workers and update work pass expiries.
  • Manage stationary inventory and order supplies when low.
  • Assist with company annual events and perform ad hoc tasks.
