Job summary

An environmental services company located in Singapore is looking for an Administrative Officer to manage both administrative and accounting duties. Responsibilities include handling filing, correspondence, preparing financial documents, and assisting with accounts payable. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is required. Administrative Duties
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and document management.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Assist in preparing letters, reports, and office documents.
  • Coordinate office supplies, stationery orders, and vendor arrangements.
  • Support meeting scheduling, staff arrangements, and HR documentation.
Accounts Duties
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders.
  • Assist with accounts payable/receivable and daily accounting entries.
  • Maintain financial records, spreadsheets, and accounting software updates.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments from clients.
  • Assist with month-end closing and audit requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or an equivalent qualification
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Able to work independently with good communication and organisational skills
  • Preferably with experience in administrative or accounting roles (not compulsory)
  • Willing to learn, adaptable, and able to multitask
