Job summary

A leading engineering and construction firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced administrative professional. Responsibilities include managing general administrative tasks, handling accounts receivable/payable, and payroll calculations. The ideal candidate should be organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at dealing with various accounting functions.   • Proven ability to handle accounts receivable and payable.

  • Perform general administrative tasks and manage payroll calculations.
  • Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable efficiently.
  • Coordinate training and development activities for employees.
  • Administer leave and medical leave records accurately.
