Job summary

A prominent restaurant group in Singapore is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to handle maintenance requests and preventive tasks across their outlets. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively in both English and Chinese, maintain service documentation, and demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills. This role offers the opportunity to work independently as well as part of a team, while ensuring proactive and efficient maintenance operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ level/Diploma.
  • Preferably some related working experience.
  • Able to write and converse well in both English & Chinese.
  • Organized, resourceful, proactive, reliable.
  • Highly motivated, meticulous, and takes initiative.
  • Able to work independently and as a team.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and attend maintenance requests and preventive maintenance.
  • Maintain service contracts and equipment documentation.
  • Generate maintenance schedule.
  • Process Purchase Requisition & Order, liaise with finance.
  • Despatch QA supplies to outlets.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
