Job summary

A local enterprise in Singapore is seeking an Admin Assistant to provide administrative support to the service team, coordinate with technicians, and manage inventory. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum GCE 'N' level with at least 1 year of relevant experience in sales/service coordination. Proficiency in MS Office is essential. Working hours are 5 days a week from 9 AM to 5 PM, with a salary range of S$1800-S$2100.

  • Proficient in MS Office software.
  • Good telephone etiquette and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the service team through emails and filing.
  • Coordinate with Technician and send daily job updates to customers.
  • Track and update parts inventory for received parts and arranged shipments.
  • Generate reports and update day-to-day activities.
  • Responsible for daily operations, including POs, goods received, and invoices.

Roles & Responsibilities

Working hours: 5 days, 9am-5pm Salary: S$1800-S$2100Location: Kaki Bukit

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide administrative support to the service team which include e-mails, filing and handling enquires, coordinating orders and shipment both through phone and e-mail.
  • Coordinate with Technician and send daily job update to customer
  • Track and update parts inventory on parts received and shipment arranged.
  • Generate report and updating day to day activities.
  • Responsible for daily operation, PO, goods received, DO & invoices, inventories,
  • Handling of other miscellaneous day-to-day and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum GCE ’N’ level.

At least 1 year relevant experience in Sales/ Serviceadministrative coordination.

Proficient in MS Office software. Customer oriented , goodtelephone etiquette and able to multitask.

Ability to work as a team.
