What you’ll do
Learner Coordination
  • Make outbound calls to learners for course confirmations, scheduling, reminders, and follow‑ups
  • Respond to learner enquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms
  • Update learner records and attendance information accurately
Billing & Invoicing
  • Prepare and issue invoices to learners or sponsoring companies
  • Track payments and follow up on outstanding invoices
  • Liaise with learners or companies on billing‑related queries
  • Maintain proper billing records and documentation
Administrative Support
  • Ensure learner and billing data is accurate and up to date
  • Coordinate with internal teams on enrolment and payment status
  • Perform basic administrative tasks related to course operations
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum GCE “O” Level or equivalent
  • Prior experience in admin, billing, or customer service roles
  • Comfortable with phone communication and administrative work
  • Basic knowledge of invoicing and billing processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and email communication
