Job summary

A printing services company in Singapore is seeking a customer service representative to attend to walk-in customers and handle incoming enquiries via calls and emails. The ideal candidate should be bilingual in English and Mandarin and possess good interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities include following up on sales opportunities and processing orders. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, with alternate Saturdays from 9 AM to 1 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Attend to walk-in customers and incoming calls/email enquiries
• Follow up on enquiries and sales opportunities (company will provide lead for prospective customers)
• Order processing (prepare of quotation, issuing of sales order & etc)
• Any other ad-hoc duties
