Job summary

A leading outsourcing firm in Singapore is seeking an Admin Assistant to manage document processing, data entry, and system filing. Responsibilities include opening requests, uploading documents, processing applications, and maintaining spreadsheets. We’re hiring an Admin Assistant to manage document processing, data entry, and system filing. If you have experience in administrative support, document management, or data entry, this role could be a great fit for you.

📍 Nearest MRT: Chinatown

🕘 Working Hours: Mon‑Thurs: 8.30AM – 6.00PM, Fri: 8.30AM – 5.30PM

💰 Salary: $1,980/month

📅 Start Date: February 2026

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Opening and closure of requests in the system including checking and filing of documents.

  • Uploading of documents in the system & monitoring mailbox.

  • Process and review of applications / documents and handling of electronic filing of documents.

  • Perform data entries of applications processed in Master Excel spreadsheet.

  • Additional tasks as directed by the supervisor(s).

Who We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in administrative support document management, or data entry roles is a plus.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Good organization skills & meticulous.
