About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our Marketing Department across both administrative and operational functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment, with opportunities to be directly involved in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, events, and social media initiatives.

You will work closely with the Marketing team, providing essential support while gaining hands-on exposure to real marketing operations and executions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Marketing team, including scheduling, coordination, correspondence, and document management.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, reports, and campaign-related documents.
  • Pack, organise, and prepare marketing products, campaign items, and promotional materials for events, activations, or distribution.
  • Coordinate logistics and support execution for marketingshows, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain and update marketing records, databases, inventories, and asset tracking in an organised and accurate manner.
  • Support livestreaming sessions, including setup coordination and on-site assistance where required.
  • Assist with managing and scheduling social media content across various platforms postings.
  • Provide general office and administrative support as required to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
  • NITEC or Diploma in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
