Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting quotations for sales of heavy equipment.
  • Prepare standard sales and service contracts.
  • Ensure timely submission of permits, renewals, and compliance documents.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

We are growing start-up company in the heavy equipment distribution, looking for an admin who will be responsible for managing general administrative tasks. The role involves supporting sales operations, and handling authority submissions such as COE bidding and regulatory applications. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with Singapore government systems.

Job Description
  • Assist in drafting quotations for sales of heavy equipment.
  • Prepare standard sales and service contracts.
  • Submit COE bidding applications through ONE.MOTORING (LTA) portal.
  • Ensure timely submission of permits, renewals, and compliance documents (e.g., vehicle approval, importation licenses, etc.).
  • Keep up to date with relevant government regulations and ensure compliance.
  • Provide administrative support to Sales team and assist in daily coordination with Ops team and Warehouse
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and whatsapp
  • Manage office supplies, facilities, and equipment
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
  • Min. Secondary education (N’ / O’ Level) or equivalent.
  • Min 3 years of relevant experience in Admin, preferably in automotive or construction industry.
  • Knowledge of LTA COE bidding and submission processes is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to multitask and work independently in a start-up environment.
