Job summary

A prominent logistics company in Singapore is looking for a detail-oriented administrative assistant. Responsibilities include managing invoices, processing orders, and supporting stock management. Ideal candidates should have basic computer skills and strong communication abilities. Relevant experience is preferred, but training will be provided. Working hours are Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

  • Issue invoices and handle daily order processing.
  • Assist in checking and recording incoming stock.
  • Manage product returns and exchanges.
  • Support other administrative tasks assigned by supervisor.

Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 7:00pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am – 3:00pm
  • Lunch break: 1 hour
Salary

SGD $2,800 – $3,200
