We are looking for an Administrative Assistantwhowill play an important role in supporting the efficient running of the office and day-to-day operations. This position acts as a liaison between global departments, internal staff, external agencies, and the general public. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills in a professional and approachable manner.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and coordinate Board and management meetings, working closely with multiple departments to consolidate required materials
  • Manage the Managing Directors calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and process expense reports
  • Oversee calendars for internal and external meetings, resolving scheduling conflicts promptly.

Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and office documentation.

Event Coordination
  • Contribute to the office social committee, assisting in the planning and organization of social and CSR activities
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelors degree with min 2 years experience in office administration or management support

Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Strong time management, interpersonal skills, and flexibility in handling multiple priorities.

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
