Job description

This role reports to our outsourced finance team.

Roles & Responsibilities

Job scope includes but is not limited to:

  1. Managing incoming and outgoing letters
  2. Serving as the representative for accounting and finance queries within the office
  3. Liaising with HQ and the Accounts Department
  4. Preparation of accounting information (training will be provided)
  5. Assisting in coordinating meetings and calling for quotations
  6. General office administration duties (e.g., filing)
  7. Performing other tasks as assigned by the line manager and/or management
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential

Strong communication skills are required.
