Job summary

A corporate service provider in Singapore is looking for an experienced Admin & Accounting Assistant. This full-time position involves providing various administrative and accounting support. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, be proficient in accounting software like XERO and MYOB, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Working hours are Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays required.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Admin & Accounting Assistant to join our team. This full-time role is based in the Tuas West Region and will be responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to the company.

What you’ll be doing
  • Handling general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Maintaining and reconciling financial records and accounts.
  • Processing invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions.
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Providing support to the accounting team as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
What we’re looking for
